Our Practice

Infectious Diseases physicians are doctors who have received special training in the diagnosis and treatment of human infections.  They evaluate and treat complicated infections such as meningitis, sepsis, Lyme disease, endocarditis, osteomyelitis, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, fungal as well as diabetic infections.  Infectious Disease physicians are tropical medicine specialists and treat persons returning from other countries with fevers or unusual infections such as malaria, tick borne fever, or typhoid.

We utilize a state of the art Electronic Health Record to allow immediate access to our patients records and provide enhanced capability to evaluate drug interactions, laboratories, and enhance patient outcomes. Antibiotic, antiviral and immunotherapies are available on site. Our Elgin office provides on site CT, MRI and nuclear medicine studies.

Dr. Tiballi sees patients at both Elgin and Hoffman Estates offices.
